1. Sweap AI

"Sweap AI" means any machine learning capability or functionality provided by MATE Development GmbH ("Sweap"), including but not limited to any capability or functionality identified by us as AI-enabled or otherwise. Unless otherwise explicitly specified in an order, Sweap AI is a cloud product and may be included in other MATE Development GmbH cloud products. Your Data used in and with Sweap AI includes "Input" - any prompt, data, text or other input provided or made available by you or an End User for processing by Sweap AI, and "Output" - any output generated by Sweap AI based on Input and returned to you or an End User, as applicable.

2. Terms and conditions that apply to your data

You retain all rights, title, and interests (including all intellectual property rights) in any Input or Output. To the extent you have any right, title or interest in Input or Output, you grant us a worldwide perpetual license to access, use, process, reproduce, distribute, perform, export and display Input and Output in connection with the improvement of Sweap AI in accordance with the "Agreements" and the Order Processing Agreement. You will not represent that the Output of Sweap AI is human-generated, and you will instruct End Users not to do so.

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE OUTPUT IS GENERATED BY MACHINE LEARNING CAPABILITIES AND FUNCTIONS, AND WE DO NOT WARRANT OR GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS OR RELIABILITY OF THE OUTPUT.

Due to the nature of Sweap AI:

  1. Any Service Level Agreement in the Agreement does not apply to Sweap AI,
  2. The Output may not be unique to you and your End Users; and
  3. The Output does not reflect the views of MATE Development GmbH.

4. Third Party Providers

We use technologies in Sweap AI that are provided by third party vendors. In your use of Sweap AI, including use of Input or Output, you acknowledge and agree to comply with, and to require each of your End Users to comply with, the policies available here, which may change from time to time.
